Reformer Pilates

Build strength, balance, and control with every movement

Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates is a type of Pilates exercise that uses a specialised piece of equipment called a “reformer”. The reformer consists of a flat, cushioned platform (called the carriage) that rolls back and forth on wheels within a frame. It’s equipped with springs, pulleys, and straps that provide adjustable resistance and support for exercises.

Reformer Pilates allows for a wide range of exercises targeting various muscle groups. Exercises can be done lying down, sitting, standing, or even in more dynamic positions like kneeling or jumping.

Reformer Pilates emphasises core strength, stability, and alignment. The equipment helps deepen your engagement with your core muscles. It works on the entire body, improving muscle tone, balance, posture, and flexibility.

All our classes are taught by certified instructors.
